William D. Brown Jr. is a tenacious and skilled advocate and a partner with Parlatore Law Group.
He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, corporate law,
creditor’s rights, civil and criminal defense, property law, and veteran’s
rights. Mr. Brown represents lenders, financial institutions,
corporations, small business owners, secured and unsecured creditors, and veterans. Mr. Brown has extensive experience handling complex litigation involving breach of contracts, fraud, tortious interference with contracts, SBA and EIDL loans, money transmitter licensing issues, commercial foreclosure actions and actions to enforce promissory notes and guaranties.
Mr. Brown believes no one looks out for veterans better than other veterans. Accordingly, he has strategically advised and represented veterans in a wide variety of matters ranging from VA disability appeals, tax foreclosure sales, contractual disputes, and many other issues.
In addition to his work with Parlatore Law Group, Mr. Brown is the founder and lead SEAL for the Navy SEAL Foundation’s NYC SEAL Swim.
Education: Mr. Brown graduated with an associate degree in
Criminal Justice from Burlington County College (Summa Cum Laude).
He completed his undergraduate degree in Political Science at Rutgers
University (Cum Laude) and graduated from Rutgers Law School where he
now serves as the president of the Veteran Alumni of Rutgers University.
